I honestly had a really great experience with the front desk staff while staying here, and the hotel room was super cozy and accommodating for my dog and I. One interesting tidbit that you won't see here on the booking website is that this baymont location has a really interesting history and pretty neat decor both inside its lobby and outside its doors. I absolutely loved the collection inside of the lobby, and the double-decker bus outside was super unique. If you are traveling with kids, I will note that this hotel felt very family friendly, and the free popcorn and coffee/water/tea by the front desk was a lovely touch. The pool area seemed to be a huge hit as well. I would gladly stay here again

Enjoyed the hot tub, was absolutely wonderful after traveling a distance and before departure for our next destination! Coffee and continental breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and cool upon arrival, staff was exceptionally friendly. Has a gazebo on the back of the property, very nice for chilling and smoking. Tables set around property for smoking as well. Served iced tea and water in the lobby alone with popcorn when we checked in and also offered help with our luggage. Ordered Jets pizza one night, Holy Toledo was that amazing, definitely recommend that as well!! Location excellent to most things in Midland! Parking lot was even awesome and designed very well!

The hotel itself was very very clean and neat the rooms were spotless and very nice mattresses. The bed was so comfortable. The front desk host Todd i believe was very accommodating and very nice and informative. The breakfast was your standard continental but still good quality. The rates were very affordable too.

This hotel is a little gem. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The room rate was an exceptional value for the nice accommodations. It's close to restaurants and only five minutes from the Midland Mall. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants a decent room at a rice that won't break the budget.

Very nice experience. I guess bagels or muffins would have been a nice addition to breakfast choices. When I returned home I realized I left my purse in the room. In my panic I didn’t catch receptionists name. She located it immediately and put in safe. I am so extremely grateful. Drove the 138miles each way and was grateful to do so.

We loved the warm welcome by the desk representative and all the beautiful holiday decorations. The pool was lovely for an evening swim and the morning breakfast had lots to choose from, including hot waffles and coffee. Our room was clean, with lots of modern updates. Loved our stay! It's a super convenient place for us on our travels to Mount Pleasant when visiting family and when we vacation up north.

Property is beautifully-decorated and feels SUPER cozy. Bonus EV charger outside was an awesome surprise. Free, hot popcorn made in a fairground style popcorn maker every afternoon is a great touch.

It was very nicely decorated for Christmas, ans everything had a clean appearance ans fresh smell. Our room smelled great upon entering. There was fresh popped popcorn at the entrance and a cappuccino machine that was accessible 24 hours. There were yummy Belgian waffles for breakfast. Everything was very clean and organized. The he staff was very friendly and helpful, too.
